Christmas Blogger Q&A Series - Charlene McElhinney

Question 1 – What is your favourite Christmas memory?

My favourite Christmas memory will always be spending the day with my Gran McElhinney. I lost my Gran last year and my family and I are going to find this Christmas very difficult. I feel blessed to be part of such a wonderful community that will get me through this tough time!

Question 2 – Are there any traditions you have around Christmas time?

I guess waiting on my mum and dad to go down the stairs (even at 20 years old). Also, watching Coronation Street on Christmas Day! Haha!

Question 3 – What is on your Christmas wish list this year?

I don’t really want anything for Christmas this year. If I had to choose something it would be to receive lots and lots of Christmas cards! I just love cards at Christmas; really gets you in to the spirit!

Question 4 – Do you like to wear Christmas jumpers, if you do; what is your favourite Christmas jumper?

I have never worn a Christmas jumper before however if I see a nice one this year I may pick one up so I can wear it to college or work!

Question 5 – Do you like to give presents or receive presents?

I’m definitely a giver! I love seeing people’s faces when I give them their pressies and it makes me feel all warm and fuzzy inside! It’s the same with Christmas Cards – I always give out way too many because I love the joy that it brings!

Question 6 – Do you like the Christmas goodies such as Mince Pies, Christmas Pudding or the limited edition drinks?

I was going to say no to this one there and I remembered how much I’m loving Costa’s festive drink menu at the moment…

Question 7 – What is your favourite part of Christmas dinner?

None of it. Yeah, I’m a strange one. I don’t like Christmas Dinner. It’s so awkward.

Question 8 – What is your favourite Christmas Song?

I don’t actually have a specific favourite Christmas Song. I don’t think… but I do love all the festive songs and getting them stuck in my head all day and going around singing them! Who knows, maybe I’ll cover one this year on my YouTube channel?

Question 9 – Are you taking part in Blogmas or Vlogmas this year?

I am not. However, I am going to do ‘Snapmas’ and I shall be snapchatting every day during December instead. If you want to add me on snapchat, my username is: TheMcElhiester.
