AM - AM/PM tag

1.What’s your morning beauty routine?

As you may already know from reading my February Monthly Favourites post, I am rubbish at skincare; so let’s gloss over that and move on. I take a shower in the morning then jump straight into make-up and hair. I start with my make-up and always use my Clinique Superbalanced Silk Foundation as it adds moisture back into my skin and makes my skin look amazing! I then move onto the rest of my base makeup, eyes then choose one of my many lipsticks to suit my mood.

2.What’s for breakfast?

I grab a yoghurt on the way to work in the morning and eat it at my desk while checking through my emails. I can’t eat as soon as I wake up so think this is perfect. My favourite is the Toffee Hoop Muller Corners – I know, I am so healthy!

3.Coffee or tea?

Out of a choice of tea or coffee, it will always be tea. A lovely English Breakfast tea – 1 sugar (as my boyfriend weened me off 2 sugars – naughty!) and the smallest amount of milk. I like my tea strong.

4. How long does it take you to get out the door?

This depends on if I am washing my hair or not. 30 mins if I’m not and 45 mins if I am.

5. What’s your go-to makeup look on a fuss-free morning?

My makeup look never changes really! I use:

Base

Foundation, concealer, pressed powder, blush

Eyes

Mascara, Charlotte Tilbury Sophisticate eyeshadow quad, kohl pencil for my waterline

Lips

EOS Lip Balm and either a Mac or Clinique Lipstick and possibly a lip-liner.

1. What’s your evening beauty routine?

I take a shower and use my Clinique 3 step skincare routine to remove my makeup and get ready for bed.

2. Snack time! What’s in the bowl?

I am more of a snacker when I am at work. At work, I have a snack drawer with cookies, popcorn, sweets, chocolate and nuts. At home, I don’t really snack – I did have some Maltesers last week though.

3. How do you wind down and prep for bed?

I usually find myself nodding off while watching YouTube or Netflix. I get cosy and warm in bed and that’s it, I’m fast asleep within the hour.

4. Cosy up! What are you wearing to sleep?

My Fat Face pyjamas as they are so comfy! I always grab my Fat Face clothes in the sale as they are then usually 50% off, which is amazing!

5.What are some things you have to do before hitting the hay?

As I said, I usually get into bed, get warm, watch YouTube/Netflix and chill out. Before I get into bed,  I have to make sure that my phone is 100% charged before I sleep (very odd of me) and I have to straighten out my room as I can’t rest if I have anything out of place.
